The policies outlined in Sactum Policies are standards for all events and/or platforms hosted by Sanctum; failure to follow these policies will warrant a dismissal from participation. Sanctum follows strict guidelines on process to determine if a person or persons may continue to attend events in the case of failure to heed policies or event rules. 1. Sanctum (formerly known as Black Onyx) holds a high standard of ethics against any form of discrimination. There is zero tolerance of discrimination based on gender, age, sexual orientation, race, nationality, ethnicity, religion, disability or veteran status in regards to employment, attendance to events, or membership.

2. Any person or persons who report discrimination, harassment or inappropriate or offensive behavior will not be retaliated against for stepping forward with information. They have the right to remain anonymous including the sharing of information pertaining to the incident.

No Solicitation or performance of sexual or non-sexual professional services is allowed at any Sanctum officiated events or social platforms. Advertising of non-sponsored events is prohibited. If you desire to advertise related community events please contact us directly to discuss the possibility of accommodations.

Examples of solicitation that may be allowed on a case-by-case basis:

• Seeking support for a charity or cause the company has authorized

• Inviting colleagues to authorized nonrelated events such as recreational activities or volunteer opportunities.

• Soliciting participation in a legally protected body such as a union

To create a low risk, consent forward environment all use of alcohol and/or other mind altering substances is discouraged. Intoxication or use of aforementioned intoxicants during events is prohibited unless specifically authorized in event description.

It is important to do our best to support the community's awareness and health in regards to COVID variances. To mitigate the potential risk of spreading the virus we follow the current guidelines provided by the CDC. We encourage everyone to make choices based on their own risk profile in regards to Covid and other airborne viruses. We ask that if you do show signs of possible infection or have knowingly been exposed that you test before you attend an event and wear a mask. Currently we will not reimburse ticket costs if you choose to stay home from the event. Stay informed by reading the CDC Prevention documentation.

All information provided to Sanctum by members or non members in regards to personal information including but not limited to: identity, sexuality, grievances, and other information provided in confidence will remain confidential. No information will be shared without the written agreement of all members involved or if attached to a crime that ethically/legally must be reported to the authorities.

Attendance to Sanctum events does not indicate or imply consent to engage in any contact or activity with any other person. Prior consent must be obtained from other persons before engaging in any contact or activity with them. Prior consent must be affirmative, verbal, explicit, and specific. Once given, consent may be revoked at any time, at which time all contact or activity must immediately stop. I understand that the word “Safeword” is a verbal revocation of consent. Continuing any activity that was consented to after one or more parties has used “Safeword” is a violation of the consent of those parties and grounds for expulsion from an event and/or any future events. Any consent incidents should be brought to the attention of a Dungeon Facilitator or event host.

To attend certain Sanctum Events you are required to agree to terms as written in our Liability Waiver. A copy of the Liabilty Waiver can be found here.

Attendees to Sanctum events may be exposed to nudity, sexual activity, practices of bondage and discipline, sadomasochism, and power exchange between consenting adults. In attending these events you agree that you are 18 years of age or older and find none of these subjects or activities to be offensive or objectionable in any manner. You further understand Sanctum events do not involve nor include entertainers which provide adult entertainment.
